While new buildings are generally constructed from current documentation, existing commercial buildings often tell a very different story. RSometimes the Building Needs to Be Investigated Before the Project Can Be Defined

On many existing commercial buildings, particularly B, C and D Grade assets or buildings more than ten years old, the information required to prepare an accurate tender simply may not exist.

Rather than making assumptions, we may recommend undertaking targeted investigations before developing the project scope.
